Meet Braam, Our New Chef from Bloemfontein, South Africa. We're excited to welcome Braam to the Little Eeden team. Since joining us in December, Braam has brought his expertise to the table. He has a Diploma in Culinary Arts and Patisserie, and will be responsible for overseeing and managing the kitchen, catering services, and functions.
All Rounder
On weekends, I work as a versatile team member at the café, while during the week, I stay busy in the filing room, filling jars with our delicious honey and honey products. Originally from South Africa, I hold a bachelor’s degree in education and a certificate in events management. Currently, I am working towards completing my certification as a wedding planner and celebrant. I love enhancing special occasions by infusing them with a touch of love. Additionally, you’ll find me engaging with kids during the holidays through our school holiday program, where we teach them about bees and the art of beekeeping
